Terms of Service & Customer Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or purchasing digital items from Substranger, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Digital Services

Substranger operates as an independent retail marketplace specializing in the distribution and activation of digital subscription accounts, entertainment streaming passes, software keys, and gift cards.

Substranger is an independent reseller and is not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party trademark holders (such as Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, OpenAI, Apple, or Google). All trademarks and brand names remain the sole property of their respective owners.

3. Accurate Customer Information

When completing an order, customers agree to submit accurate, truthful, and valid contact information, specifically including an active email address and personal WhatsApp phone number.

Substranger is not liable for delayed delivery or misdirected credentials resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the buyer.

4. Pricing & Local Payment Processing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Substranger reserves the right to adjust prices or discontinue promotional offers based on global foreign exchange adjustments and provider tariff changes.

Orders will be dispatched only after successful payment verification by our automated gateway or manual verification desk.

5. Account Usage & Plan Rules

Purchasers must adhere strictly to the rules specified for their purchased plan:

• •Shared 1-Screen Profiles: Users must not modify account passwords, email addresses, billing info, or other user profiles on the account. Doing so results in immediate termination without refund.
• •Device Screen Limits: Users may only stream concurrently on the number of screens permitted by their tier.
• •Private Full Accounts: Users may configure custom profiles and credentials as authorized in the product description.

6. Warranty & Service Continuity

Substranger provides replacement warranty coverage for the active duration of your subscription term. If access is interrupted, our team will resolve the issue or provide an equivalent replacement account within 24 hours of notification.

Warranty does not cover disruptions resulting from customer violation of account rules or deliberate platform policy overhauls beyond reasonable technical remediation.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Substranger or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use third-party digital platforms. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the affected service.
